Benefits of Experiential Learning
There are many benefits of experiential learning for businesses. It has specific objectives that will implement a different way of thinking for everyone. By breaking down things like communication; time management etc; we will show the staff why it is important to work hard at these things and the results that can be achieved if done well.
Although these things can be taught in a class environment, our experiential learning events focus on methods like Belbin, Myers Briggs and Insights. We feel that by providing these lessons through completing an action will stick in everyone’s mind and; they get the understanding of how important it is to work on these skills to all reach a common goal.
Most of our experiential learning and development events are classroom based. Although this may be true, we do like to take the group outdoors where possible. This offers some added challenges with exciting games to implement learning. Our event managers are trained in various methods of learning.

Learning and Development are specialised challenges. However, we are well aware that experience is at the source of learning and development. These are for business who want to do well and strive for success. These events will bring everyone together by providing a learning experience in which everyone learns with the intention that they bring their experiences back into the work place.
It’s very beneficial for staff have issues; whether big or small; as it gets everyone out of the work place in a different environment and starts to build new relationships. Prior to the event, our professional event managers will speak to the event organiser to find out what the friction points are within the workforce.
This is to ensure we can tailor the messages and challenges to the most appropriate. It is inevitable that within the work environment problems can arise. By having some tests that are not work related it can iron the issues out and show a different way on how to deal with the situations.
