This outdoor activity will have your staff working together to improve their communication and strategy skills! The group will be giving there tools and resources to help them complete the tasks in hand across a vast area of your chosen venue. They must also define job roles within the group to push the staff forward for success. Staff bonding don’t get much more fun than this.
They will have to navigate across the grounds using a compass and navigation points. Furthermore, they must complete tasks in front of them and also find the “check-in” points in the correct sequence. These are hidden in different locations throughout the venue. Point to Point Navigation is a fantastic GPS challenge, but is not a walk in the park.
There will be various traditional challenges along the way that each of the participants must complete to earn points and hopefully lift the Event Collection trophy. The group must also collect markers for completion of the challenge and bring them back to camp to collect maximum points.
