How much should I budget for a corporate event?
Every event is bespoke, so there's no one-size-fits-all answer. The cost depends on the type of event, location, group size, and level of management required. We work within your budget — whether that's modest or generous — and provide fully itemised, transparent proposals so you know exactly where every pound goes. Do you deliver events everywhere in the UK?
Yes. We have offices in Aberdeen, Livingston (near Edinburgh), and Manchester, and we deliver events across the entire UK — from Shetland to London and everywhere in between. We work with venues and suppliers nationwide, and no location is too remote for our team.
How much notice do you need to plan a corporate event?
Most clients book around 6 weeks in advance. For larger events (500+ guests) or peak periods like summer and Christmas, 8 to 12 weeks gives you the best choice of venues and dates. That said, we regularly accommodate shorter lead times — get in touch and we'll always do our best to make it work.
What size groups can you handle?
We cater for groups of 10 to 5,000 people. Whether it's an intimate leadership away day or a large-scale corporate festival for thousands, we have the experience, staffing, and supplier network to deliver seamlessly. We've delivered events for TATA Technologies (800 attendees), TechnipFMC (annual programme), and many more.
Do you carry insurance and provide risk assessments?
Yes. We carry £5 million public liability insurance and provide comprehensive risk assessments before every event. All our event staff are trained through our dedicated in-house training academy. Your team's safety and your organisation's compliance are always our top priority.

Absolutely. This is one of our most popular services. We work with clients to plan and manage their entire corporate events calendar for the year, ensuring a varied, engaging programme delivered consistently and cost-effectively.
