How far in advance do I need to book a corporate fun day?

Eight weeks is a comfortable lead time for most fun days, giving us room to source the right venue, confirm suppliers, and build a proper programme. Summer Fridays and school holiday dates fill up quickly, so if you have a specific date in mind, earlier is always better. That said, we regularly turn around events in three to four weeks when the brief is clear — get in touch and we'll tell you what's achievable.

Do you provide the venue, or do we need to find one?

Either works. If you already have a venue or outdoor space in mind, we'll work with it. If you need help finding the right location, our venue finding service is free — we'll shortlist options based on your group size, geography, and the kind of setting you want. Every fun day is built around your brief rather than a fixed menu. Do you handle catering as well?

Yes — catering is part of the full-service package. How much does a corporate fun day cost?

The cost is shaped by what you want: the activity mix, how many people are attending, where the event is taking place, whether catering is included, and how much on-the-day management you need. We don't publish fixed prices because a fun day for 30 people at a local park is a very different proposition to a festival for 600 at a country estate. Is the event covered by insurance?

Yes. We carry £5 million public liability insurance across all our events. Before every fun day, we conduct a full risk assessment covering the venue, activities, equipment, and on-the-day logistics. You'll receive a copy as part of your event documentation. If your organisation has specific compliance requirements, let us know and we'll make sure everything is in order.

Can you deliver corporate fun days across the whole UK?
