How much does corporate event management cost?

The cost reflects the scope of what you need managed. A single half-day team building event for 30 people is a different proposition to a two-day leadership offsite for 150 or a company-wide gala dinner for 500. We provide fully itemised proposals that break down every cost — venue, catering, entertainment, staffing, logistics, and management fees — so you can make an informed decision. How far in advance do I need to book?

For most events, six to eight weeks gives us a solid planning runway. For larger events (500+ attendees), peak periods like summer and Christmas, or events requiring specific venues, booking earlier protects your preferred date and gives us more options. We can sometimes work to shorter timelines — if you have an urgent requirement, get in touch and we'll tell you what's achievable.

Do you cover the whole of the UK?

Yes — we deliver events across the entire UK. Our three offices mean we have local supplier relationships and venue knowledge in Scotland, the North West, and beyond. We've managed events in city-centre venues, country estates, sports stadiums, and outdoor spaces from Aberdeen to London. No location is too remote, and we apply the same standard of management wherever we work.

Are you insured?

Yes — we carry £5 million public liability insurance. Every event we manage includes a full risk assessment, which we complete before the event and share with you as part of your documentation pack. If your organisation has specific procurement or compliance requirements around insurance or health and safety, let us know and we'll ensure everything is in order.

Can you manage events for large groups?

Large-scale events are a core part of what we do. We have the supplier network, staffing capacity, and logistics experience to deliver seamlessly at scale. We've managed events for TATA Technologies (800 attendees), TechnipFMC's full annual programme, and company-wide events for several hundred people across multiple UK locations simultaneously. The planning process scales — the personal service doesn't change.

Do you offer virtual or hybrid events?

Yes — we plan and deliver virtual team building, online events, and hybrid formats that connect in-person and remote participants. Hybrid events require careful technical planning to ensure both audiences have a quality experience; we handle the platform, technical setup, facilitation, and coordination so neither group feels like an afterthought.

Can you manage our entire annual events calendar?

Annual calendar management is one of our most valued services. We work with clients to design a full programme for the year: mapping events to business milestones, varying formats to keep teams engaged, and managing the entire delivery process so there's no internal admin burden. Tell us your group size, preferred location, and the kind of setting you want, and we'll shortlist the best options with honest assessments of each.

How do you ensure our event runs smoothly on the day?

Every event we manage has a dedicated event manager on-site from setup to close. Before the day, we brief all suppliers and staff, complete a venue walkthrough, and produce a detailed run-of-show document. We build contingency plans into every event — for weather, supplier issues, technical failures, and schedule changes — so that if something unexpected happens, we resolve it quickly and discreetly. Most of the time, your guests won't notice.

What happens if something goes wrong on the day of the event?

Contingency planning is part of our standard process, not an optional extra.
