Space Programme Team Building
Teams design, build, and launch a working rocket in this out-of-this-world corporate team building challenge. Engineering, problem-solving, and collaboration combine for a spectacular finale. Available UK-wide for groups of 10 to 500.
3... 2... 1... Lift Off! — The UK's Most Exciting STEM Team Building Event
Space Programme is one of our most exciting hands-on team building events. Each team is tasked with designing and building a rocket that will actually launch — the team whose rocket flies the highest and most accurately wins the competition.
Teams must manage their materials budget, assign engineering roles, and work within the time limit to create their rocket. The engineering challenge is real, but so is the fun — expect plenty of creative problem-solving, trial and error, and moments of genuine triumph as designs come together.
The grand finale sees all rockets launched simultaneously in a spectacular display that everyone talks about for months. It's a genuinely thrilling moment that brings the whole group together in celebration.
Why Space Programme Works for Corporate Team Building
Space Programme develops project management, creative thinking, collaborative decision-making, resource allocation, and the ability to adapt under pressure — all directly transferable workplace skills. We deliver this event across the UK including Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, and London.

How Space Programme Works
Three phases from blueprint to blast-off
Design Phase
Teams receive their brief and materials budget. Plan your rocket design, assign engineering roles, and decide how to use your resources wisely. Creativity and strategy start here.
Build Phase
The clock is ticking. Teams construct their rockets, test components, and troubleshoot problems in real time. Adaptability, communication, and teamwork are essential to success.
Launch Day
All rockets are launched simultaneously in a spectacular grand finale. Height, accuracy, and style all count towards the final score. The crowd holds its breath as each rocket takes flight.
