Knockburn Sports Loch Corporate Event Venue Near Aberdeen

Knockburn Sports Loch is a unique outdoor adventure venue just outside Aberdeen, offering an incredible range of water sports, land-based activities, and team building experiences in a stunning Aberdeenshire loch setting. If you want to get your team out of the office and into the fresh air, this is one of the best corporate event venues in the North East of Scotland — and one of the few that genuinely uses its natural setting as an active ingredient rather than just a backdrop.

Set on a beautiful loch surrounded by Aberdeenshire countryside, Knockburn provides the perfect backdrop for corporate team building days that energise, challenge, and connect. The venue offers activities suitable for all abilities — from kayaking and paddleboarding to land-based challenges — meaning every member of your team can fully participate, regardless of fitness level or experience. This inclusivity is what makes Knockburn particularly effective for energy sector teams, where the workforce spans a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and physical capabilities. Nobody sits on the sidelines, and that's what makes the day genuinely memorable.

Event Collection has delivered multiple events at Knockburn Sports Loch and knows the venue's strengths intimately. We know which activities work best for which group sizes, how to sequence the day for maximum energy and engagement, and how to combine water-based and land-based activities into a programme that keeps everyone active and involved from start to finish. Whether you're planning a high-energy team building day for 50 people or a large-scale corporate fun day for hundreds, Knockburn's combination of natural beauty and activity variety creates an experience that Aberdeen's corporate community simply can't replicate anywhere else in the North East.
