1. Briefing
Teams are introduced to the scenario. You're locked in Alcatraz. The clock is ticking. Work together or stay behind.
2. The Escape
Teams solve clues, crack codes, and unlock challenges across multiple stations. Communication is everything.
3. The Debrief
Facilitators lead a structured debrief, drawing out the teamwork lessons from the challenge and linking them back to the workplace.
